My name is Mark Bakalor.
I've been on the web for over ten years and have been keeping an online journal since 1998. I'm a freelance graphic designer, currently working on several major. I've designed such notable entertainment sites as TalkinBroadway.com, Sondheim.com, Fosse.com ...
I'm 27 and was born in Ithaca, New York but don't remember it at all. My family moved to the Bay Area two years later and I was a Northern California resident since except for a year and a half in Illinois, going to school at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign but that doesn't count because it's far too flat, cold, and full of livestock. I moved to the Los Angeles area in 2002 to concentrate more on my acting career. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts, from San Jose State University, with a concentration in Acting and Directing
I've been performing ever since I can remember. My professional performance was n Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I was the smallest Oompa-Loompa. I was four. As a kid, I was the youngest professional juggler in the United States. I traveled all over the world performing, everywhere from the streets of San Francisco performing at Pier 39, being featured on a Japanese television special, and having a featured role in a pilot NBC television comedy developed by Brandon Tartikoff and directed by Robert Downey Sr. Feel free to check out my acting resume.
